I have served as Chairperson of the Te Papapa School PTA and helped establish Te Iti Kahurangi-Lalaga, a parent engagement group in our Kāhui Ako. I've also been on the Te Papapa Preschool Board and volunteered as a Community Liaison for To Wāhi Community Drop-in. I have helped organise events like 312 Day, Matariki, and Haere Mai Oranga, and worked with Kāinga Ora, Fletcher, and Tāmaki WRAP to ensure our community's voice is heard. I have raised my four children in Onehunga, and I continue to serve our community through sport, youth work, and cultural engagement. I believe everyone should have access to clean, safe, and welcoming public spaces. I'm committed to protecting and improving our parks, playgrounds, and community areas - so they remain places of pride and connection for generations to come. Join us with Labour - for strong communities and a better Aotearoa.
