Papaliitele, married with four beautiful children, has lived in Māngere for over 20 years and also works there. He is a Health Sector professional, having graduated from Te Wānanga o Aotearoa with a Bachelor of Social Work and a Diploma in Social Work. He is committed to using his qualifications to support the wellbeing of our diverse communities. He also contributes as a member of the Board of Trustees of Māngere College and as a JP. If re-elected he pledges to continue to be a strong voice advocating for Māngere-Ōtāhuhu. 

'If re-elected, I would continue to work for our seniors, youth and uniquely abled communities, along with ensuring the Local Boards facilities and programmes support community health, such as free access to swimming pools, investing in our local sports facilities and extending walkways and other ways of getting about away from main roads and safely exercising for free.'
