For the past 25 years, Sago (Siumu, Tuasivi) has lived in Manurewa with her parents and children. Being a single mother of six, whilst also providing daily home support to the elderly and disabled as a Resource Coordinator for Enliven NZ, Sago is all about looking after her community and giving back.
Sago is an active member of the Congregational Christian Church of Samoa (E.F.K.S) in Weymouth and the current Chairperson of the Waimahia Intermediate Board of Trustees. She has seen the many struggles that whānau face and knows that more needs to be done. Fairness, equality & justice are at the forefront of Sago's values.
