It's been my privilege to serve as New Lynn's representative on the Portage Licensing Trust (Portage Licensing Trust).
The Trusts play a valuable role in our community. If re-elected, I will work collaboratively to further improve the Trusts' current retail and hospitality offer, ensure we give back even more - to our schools, sporting, environmental and community groups, and will ensure the Trusts continue to pay its employees a living wage.
I bring 6 years' governance experience, including 1 year as Portage Licensing Trust's President, plus strong strategic and relational management skills and 30+ years' experience in organisational and people management roles with the Red Cross, Oxfam, Emerge Aotearoa and Odyssey.
A third-generation West Aucklander and long-time New Lynn resident, I am passionate about the West. I believe everyone deserves a fair go. Through my political activities, professional work and support to local organisations, I strive to achieve positive change.
